Paul started studying plant health and tree health in high school and has carried that love for trees into his adult life. In his career, he has worked on multiple very large projects. He has helped design and create a 10-acre park at Willie George ministries and has managed even larger properties. By doing multiple projects throughout his lifetime he was inspired to create a company of his own, outside Inc. His vision for outside Inc. has always been to make people’s landscaping dreams a reality. Today he enjoys his time creating projects for clients that they never thought were possible.

The co-founding member of outside Inc. is Joe Pappalardo. He was born and raised in a small town in California and married his high school sweetheart. He has three children and eight grandchildren which keep him very busy. His philosophy has always been you’re only as old as you think you are. This really shines through his lifestyle because he still plays flag football today. Before outside Inc. he enjoyed his career as an insurance agent and sales recruiter. The landscaping industry peaked his interest when his son-in-law helped him with a lawn maintenance and landscaping business. After six years he purchased outside Inc.
